Power to Mixer (P2M) - The Power to Mixer (P2M) is a simple yet powerful software tool designed to visualize, analyze and document time-based data collected by the power used by a dough mixer or the torque applied to the mixing bowl. Different versions of the P2M software are available for different types of mixers and associated hardware.
- P2M(P) -
- P2M(S) -
- P2M(UTe) - Reads the torque applied to the mixing bowl or to the pins using the output of the amplifier or using the ESMU (Enhanced Strain guage Measurement Unit - developed by RAR Software systems) using a USB interface. This version differs from the P2M(UT) and associated PMU by adding the ability measure and capture the speed the motor is turning at during the mixing process.
- P2M(UT) - Reads the torque applied to the mixing bowl or to the pins using the output of then built in amplifier or using the SMU (Strain guage Measurement Unit - developed by RAR Software Systems) using a USB A/D device.
- P2M(UW) - Reads the power used by an dough mixer by interfacing with a PMU (Power Measurement Unit developed by RAR Software systems) using a USB A/D device.
- P2M(UWe) - Reads power used by the mixer by interfacting with a ESMU (Enhanced Strain guage Measurement Unit - developed by RAR Software systems) using a USB interface. This version differs from teh P2M(UT) and associated PMU by adding the ability measure and capture the speed the motor is turning at during the mixing process.
